We recently got a book for Jaxon called “El Gato”. As the book title says its……”A fun way to learn Spanish”.
The book was written by a local morning DJ and is FANTASTIC!! Jaxon who is almost 9 really likes the book and what I like about the book is that every page has a how to sound out the Spanish word, along with the meaning of the word.
I had one of my good friends look at it one night while we were out to dinner. ( Jaxon took the book to the Texas Roadhouse) and she thumbed thru it and said that it was a great idea and all the words were perfect pronunciations. Oh yeah……. the reason I mention her is she speaks the language everyday. (she’s my personal Babelfish)
Its a great deal and a fun read.
