(YAWN)

I’ve haven’t been sleeping this whole week. In the past few weeks I’ve done a couple of sleep studies and it turns out I don’t get into R.E.M. which isn’t good. Turns out (per my DR) if I’m not getting in to a deep sleep my body isn’t restarting (kindof like a computer reboot) so that’s why I’m always tired, lately very moody and have ZERO metabolism.  Well on Tuesday I get a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine that will help me sleep. Down side I’ll look like a fighter pilot when i go to bed……..oh well at least it will be dark in the room.  heehee

Jaxon LOVED his surprise, but I didn’t get a picture of his reaction because the little bugger went to his room to quickly. It was classic though!  :)

Erik, Jaxon and I  went out to dinner with my oldest and dearest friend Sophia and her daughter tonight. We went to the Texas Roadhouse for a steak dinner. Its a cowboy style restaurant and has a fun atmosphere, but VERY loud. Half the time I couldn’t hear what Jaxon was saying, but just smiled and nodded anyways. The food was yummy, conversation was great and leftovers I bet will be tasty tomorrow as well. I’m glad we met up with them because there was a moment that I cancelled the dinner date because I was so tired and tired equals PISSY. It was a fun night as usual and I’m glad i got my lazy butt up.

Now I’m ready for bed and it sounds like my husband has beaten me to it, since i can hear him sawing logs.  (rolling eyes)

Looking forward to sleeping in or at least trying too this weekend. Saturday is going to be a well deserved lazy day with the fam.

OH YEAH…. to the people who know about “Dog”, its about damn time something was addressed, and that’s all I’m going to say about that.

Ciao!

The super happy NestaSo this is a National Park in Southern Utah. Its called Goblin Valley and I was suppose to be camping with some friends this weekend, but things unfortunately came up. These are some of the pictures from their last trip.

I love the pic of Nesta in her hiking boots!

Notice the man walking to the "Goblins". These rocks are huge!

Still in the toy section at our local Target and to my surprise and delight they had SMURF toys!!  I grew up watching these cartoons, had tons of the toys and even had a Smurf theme birthday party.

Smurfette was always my favorite.

Smurfette was always my favorite.

Gargamel: Ooo, those goody-goody Smurfs make me sick!

So I was out buying a gift for a birthday party I’m going to this weekend and while browsing the toy section my eyes spot these Babies!!  Now I’m not a Barbie fan, and I think I only had a couple when I was little because I liked to play with HotWheels and my nephews GI Joes.  Any who….. I LOVE LOVE Wizard of Oz and these are so cute, plus they have SoundBits from the movie. Very Cool Mattel!   (although I wouldn’t pay the asking $40 bucks per doll)
Just try and stay out of my way. Just try! I'll get you, my pretty and your little dog too!

This is Jaxon’s  surprise when he gets home from Spring Break today. I’m pretty sure he’s going to poop his pants.

The finished project!
